Weekend takeaways now available
From March, we hope to open most weekends for takeaways. We will not publish dates more than a few weekends in advance, in case the Covid-19 situation starts to worsen again, but we are feeling positive and looking forward to a slow push to normal service.
The next available dates are Friday 23rd + Saturday 24th April, followed by Friday 30th April + Saturday 1st May and then Friday 7th + Saturday 8th May. As usual, please reserve your collection slot as soon as you can, and then we will get your preorder during the week of your booking, so that our deliveries from Italy and the UK are with us in time for Alice to start her prep.
We will hold some spaces open each evening to allow for late bookings, but be aware that we may have run out of some choices.
If you've a smaller or fussy eater in the house, then please get in touch and we can sort out something more appropriate.
We eagerly await the change of current restrictions, when we will be able to welcome
you back into our dining room. Thursday 20th May will be the first day that we open our space, and we are now taking bookings for Thursday, Friday + Saturday evenings from then.
As ever, thank you for being such wonderful customers + fierce supporters.
Our business is nothing without you.
We aim to recreate the passion of the Italian family table, and the charm, intimacy + atmosphere of our favourite venues in our beloved Firenze.
Get your dinner to go
Preorder your meal + drinks from this month's menu + arrange your collection.
Our dishes will be given to you in insulated Vegware containers to keep them warm. If you're taking your food out for a picnic, don't forget your cutlery + napkins, as we will not be able to provide any.
Gelato to go
Stop by, or schedule a collection of our homemade gelato - available in tubs or cones.
Find the current flavour list on our social media pages or give us a call to make sure we have what you're looking for.
We don't use stabilisers or additives in our gelati so don't forget a cool box if you're not eating them immediately.
Closing the loop
We are taking responsibility for the waste our takeaways produce.
We have chosen plant-based disposable Vegware to serve our takeaways in; but these can only be composted in a commercial setting, so we are doing our bit to close the waste loop. We believe that we are the first Hereford restaurant to have invested in a hot composter that will process Vegware, along with our food waste + we ask you to return our Vegware containers to us once you have finished using them.
*so that we don't have more waste than we can handle, please don't bring takeaway containers from other businesses.
